That's funny because even though they have water available to them during the night, they run to the fountain and wait for me to turn it on first thing in the morning. They were never afraid of it.

Hmmm, we left it run last night because it doesn't have any moving parts where the cats can get to them, and Bear (see pix) has a tendancy of laying over a water bowl and dangling his feet in which makes the water ikky. Should we not leave it run all the time?

I have that Same Fountain!!! It is so cool!!! All the kids love it. Some will drink from the pool at the bottom, but Chaz (resident Meezer) HAS to drink from the very top where the water comes out!! He is so silly!!

Great pictures and captions. I used to have a drinkwell fountain that had a resevoir in the back of it so I didn't have to refill it daily. It lasted about a year until Sunny decided that playing in it was better than drinking out of it. He kept making major messes so I had to stop using it. Even today he'll play in the water bowls so I have to keep them inside of clean litterboxes. I guess it's the Aby in him that makes him to do it.
