    Does anyone know anything about the watering hole itself? Is it spring fed or just a deep depression in the land that collects water? The water always looks so fresh - except when the hippo sat in it for hours!

    Well shoot, I had to go check on dinner and the elephants were gone when I came back. Now it looks and sounds like it is pouring rain.

    Yay! Is that a hippo or a rhino? There were two, one on each side of the watering hole.
