Litter disposal???

I just put mine in either plastic bags, or use the cardboard litter containers the stuff came in to dispose of it.

While I can't say I know a whole lot about composting, since I've never done it myself, I have read several articles about not using animal waste, particularly feline, for compost. One article also mentioned not only the risk of parasites/pathologens but also chemicals from medications and flea products.

I use scoopable Feline Fresh and all the pee biscuits and tootsie rolls are flushed down the toilet. When I completely change the litterbox (and with one cat it's only about once a month, if that) I put the litter in a double plastic bag. In my apt we have a garbage chute but I'm always afraid the bag will break on the way down so I carry it down to the bin.

Have you ever heard of the Litter Locker? I really want to buy one, but I am currently using a flushable pea pod litter.

I just put it in carrier bags (grocery bags) and put it in the normal housewaste bin, I don't know what else to do with it.
We have seperate bins for garden waste and recycables.

It depends on where you shop and the kind of bags they use. Some of the so-called plastic bags aren't plastic at all, even though that's what they call them. They're actually paper that looks like plastic. Some toilet papers come wrapped in it. But if I can't get that then, unfortunately, I dispose of it in the plastic bags. What else to do?

I scoop alot in a day i use a grocery bag,Then i take it outside and put it in a garbage bin behind the shed,I do not like the smell of litter,Then garbage day load it up and it is gone lol.

Well, like most everyone else here, I use the plastic Wal-Mart bags and take them right out to our garbage can outside.
