I honestly would take him to the vet. He most likely appears depressed because of an internal (health) issue, rather than an external issue (the new pup). At least I find that to be the case most of the time. Agreed bringing in a new dog is stressful, but shouldn't cause vomitting. Please keep us updated, we will be sending out good thoughts.
