Rocky has a new bed!

Crib mattresses are PERFECT for large dogs with arthritis. Gives support and depth off the ground. Man you are a handy sewer-... lol..
This summer and spring- look for yard sales. People always sell them and they work as a spare.. lol..

I will!! I am actually shocked, that i still had it! i was so sure i had gotten rid of all my baby stuff, but i guess i was wrong! I might be able to sew fast, but not sure if i would call it good! Handy definitely! wioth two kids and a hubby, it definitely comes in handy!!

The real joke here is- a crib mattress at a yard sale- basically like 50 bucks- price of a huge dog bed- SEVERAL HUNDRED! And no where near as thick.

That actually is a great idea,i also own a bigger dog(Newfoundland)...I have looked all over the place and cannot find one big enough.....

Exactly! AND these are thicker and have springs to hold the weight without crushing to the floor. Hottie uses a twin mattress- he is awfully long and loves to really streach out... And yard sales are great- !

Molly too i would like my bed back lol she sleeps between me and Jamie every night....she cannot handle the hard floor.
