Actually he is terrified of his wheel. o.o He had a wheel in the petstore that i got him from. When I went to put him away after out taming session I tried to put him on his wheel. He climbed up my arm and jumped into the tank onto his wooden tube. I put a treat in the wheel and he tried to grab the treat with out touching the wheel...I don't get it.

No they ahd a mesh wheel I have a silent spinner...do you think i should get a mesh one if he doesn't start using this one soon?

Then that might be it.Just give him some time to get used to it.My tiel Emmy was scared of toys(she didn't have any at the store)for a while intil she got used to them.

He went on his wheel and sat there so at least he is getting used to it. He let me pick him up today while taming and he hid in my pocket for a second

I love him so much.
