I recently purchased some catnip from Ebay, and plan to make some mice from felt and put the catnip in for my cats. I've put some in a sock already and they like it, run around together like a pair of mad things!

I grow it outside and I almost think my cats have catnip radar. They seem to know when I have brought some inside as they are almost immediately at the door to greet me. Trevor rolls in it and gets all googily eyed.Andy attacks it and becomes like a hyper wild man, holding it in his front paws and nibbling on it while at the same time attacking it with his back paws.

This is what Vixen does on catnip. Phoenix on the other hand gets mean.

Sasha rolls in it, and then gets mean! I have to keep her away from Tabitha or she will pounce and try to hurt my little petite Tabby.
Tabitha, on the other hand, gets very mellow! She eats it, and rolls some.
After a good nip party, they both sleep it off!
