Gary - it's a cartoon strip called 9 Chickweed Lane. Every so often, the cartoonist does a section on Solange, the Siamese. She has every one of her appearances numbered: Hallmarks of Felinity 1, 2, 3 etc all the way up to this one.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the Hallmark card company. And I have seen no cards by this artist.
