The State isnt helping...can you?

I'm going to check with my husband when I get home. We opened an auto repair business 5 years ago. The SBA didn't help us. The local bank wouldn't even help us. We happened to have an open line of credit that was opened a year prior with a limit of $15,000. We took the whole thing and purchased the little bit of inventory that we could and went from there. Sometimes you have to go slow, no choice. But I'll have to check to see what paperwork we needed legally to start. It's been a while and I don't remember and he handles most of it. I have a full time job besides because financially, I have to. I'll get back to you tomorrow.
