Baby Bitz...run happy and whole at the Bridge.

I am so sorry DJFyrewolf..it has been said here so much - but it is no less true here. She was warm and LOVED and fed. And passed peacefully, and happy in your care.

Sigh...

I'm still in a state of shock. I know really that there wasn't too much I could do except keep her warm and safe for her short life. The vet visits didn't cost me anything though (there is a very nice kitty clinic here). It still stings though . Its hard because I spent so much time with the little one making sure she was ok.

We can't all be superheros though.

It is so hard to lose an old friend, but it is hard to lose a little baby like Bitz. We lost our baby Sylvia Purrogoli at 6 weeks to distemper(she was adopted 2 days earlier)in 2003. No matter how long the kitty lives with you, it is still heartbreaking to lose them. But you did you very best to help baby Bitz, you gave her love and comfort. Sleep softly, sweet Bitz....
