Around here the program is called WIC. They supply wellbaby care, as well as milk, cheese, cereal ect.... Is that what you meant???

kinda! Arg...it's driving me half mad!!! haha!! Not alot of people like it because the the gov. takes our tax money to help pay for the things people need in this program and people dont like their tax money being taken but it helps ALOT of people who are single parents and cant afford health care and only make a certain amount of money!

I don't know what it's called but my mom has/had it. She's since been remaried for 9 years but my dad still pays her for my school books and things like that.
