This is so sad. I've been working late so I never heard about this. Starr's foster mom worked with this shelter and has since moved to Arizona. My thoughts are with her and her family. May she rest in peace.

How sad. Her poor family, at least they know he got what was coming to him. Not much consolation, but they won't have to see him go to trial and get off on some technicality or be a leach on the system for the next umpteen years.

I agree with Karen, I'll bet she received a huge welcome at the Rainbow Bridge.
