Cut your computer on and off, on and off, on and off, on and off.... Spend about 30 minutes just cutting it on and off, keep doing it.

Do you mean just push the switch button rapidly on and off? OR boot the PC up and then turn off? Wait until computer is completely off then push on again?

Try uninstalling the program - go to Start/Settings/Control Panel and click on the Add/Remove Programs icon. Browse down to your Outlook application and click the "Remove" button. This will bring up a dialogue box where you can select to let the application repair the program. HTH Let the application try to repair the program. This usually works.
