Try uninstalling the program - go to Start/Settings/Control Panel and click on the Add/Remove Programs icon. Browse down to your Outlook application and click the "Remove" button. This will bring up a dialogue box where you can select to let the application repair the program. HTH Let the application try to repair the program. This usually works.
