I feel the same way! It may sound cruel, but I can't go a day without eating *some* form of meat. I'm not too fond of pork though.

escapes me, but to answer the question, yes, I eat beef.

I eat beef. I wish I didn't like it so much. It would be better for my heart, for sure. I have gotten to the point where I only buy lean meat (ground sirloin, tenderloin, etc), but if we could completely stop eating beef at our house, we'd all be much healthier.

I admire people who are disciplined enough to avoid beef or any food group, to tell you the truth. I am not one with a lot of willpower, I'm afraid.

It was strange, when I was pregnant, many moons ago, I couldn't stand the thought of eating meat, but about the 8th month of pregnancy, that ended and all was normal again.
