What is wrong with its eyes? I'm sure its a Pekingese, but The poor puppy's eyes need special care. They could easily be damaged. I hope a good owner rescues him/her and gives him/her the life it deserves.

I wish I could adopt them all but this one took my heart also.... The poor little Maltese puppy is behind bars on a piece of broken wood. HOW AWFUL!!!
