Well, they said that Micki's bloodwork today came back "exceptionally well" so the possibility of being poisoned is quite unlikely at this point. He's also feeling better, which is a good sign. Today while he was at the vets he chewed through his IV, barked constantly and rubbed his nose raw trying to get outBUT, those are very good signs! Yesterday he layed there all morning, so today was an improvement. They gave him a shot of antibiotics and some pills to restore appetite. He'll go back Monday (or Tuesday) for additional bloodwork and see if he'll need another round of fluids. He said that if Micki returns to normal within the first week of treatment, the outlook is very good for him...so for now its just a wait and see with check ups throughout the week.
