last night my boyfriend said that his dog seemed to have a fever and then he noticed snot on her nose this morning. Oviously she was sick but when he got home tonight she was doing 10 times better but she was just sneezing alot. do you think we should still take her to the vet?

Sounds suspiciously like kennel cough. If it is then antibiotics will help speed recovery. To the vet you go.
