Listen to your heart. YOU know that he's declining and may be in pain. But he can't tell you. Do what you think is right. Only you can make that ultimate, unselfish decision.

He eats about 2 tablespoons of food a day and that's just not enough to keep him alive. It takes 1/2 a day (usually) before he accepts any food, and even then it's just not nearly enough.

He is very weak, tired, sad, and he appears to be very uncomfortable or be in pain. I wish he would give me a sure sign that he either wants to keep fighting or he's ready to give up. I want to do the right thing and I just don't know what that is. My heart is so torn and confused
