Well they moved the start of her induction up to this morning. I would imagine that they will probably be starting the Pitocin early this morning (maybe now? ) That is what the plan was when I had my daughter. I was to be induced about 6:00 am. but unfortunately all of the monitors were in use so I had to wait until someone delivered to get a monitor. We might be looking at several hours before Alden appears but I hope not. First babies often take longer but I hope for Sara's sake she is the exception to the rule. I was. My firstborn appeared after only 5 hrs. of labor. Sara we are thinking of you and praying hard and hoping you are not too nervous and that all is going well.

I began with pitocin at 7:30am, my OBGYN broke my water within an hour of that, and Aidan was born at 5:19pm. I'm guessing on an afternoon/evening baby for Sara too!

Johanna, when I had Helen, I had a similar situation. Pitocin started at 6:30 am (or thereabouts) and she didn't arrive until almost 6 pm!

    Go Sara, Go!!!!!!!!!

This thread is making me smile BIG! I am sure Sara will want to print it out and show little Alden some day. So many people are wanting to meet you little one. Your mommy is going to be just the best and you already have a couple of fur siblings. Come on out!

That's not too far from the truth. Sure wish we knew what was going on.
