LOL... the difference is obvious! White reflects the warmth while black lets it sink in. So poor Monte's chilly because his fur is busy sending away warmth! Perhaps you should dye his fur to heat sinking-in black for the summer

PS: some long hair extensions might help keep him warmer too!

I get cold easy too so I would be under the covers with Monte. Jasper can lay on top of the covers and keep our feet warm.
