Dear little Peggy may just need some time to adjust. Cats often find it difficult in a situation where they feel they must compete for attention. Possibly it creates some insecurity for them.

Our Eve was adopted into a home with another cat and a dog. She was not a happy cat and spent her time wandering. That's how she came to live with us. Here she is an only child and gets all the attention. We have learned she is very territorial and seems to prefer to be in control of her domain. She doesn't leave our side and is now a contented little princess.

I hope Peggy settles down and starts eating again. She will feel much better when things become more normal.

Please give her a cuddle for me.
