I am so sorry you and your husband had to see that. That poor sweet dog. This women needs to stay locked up. All I seem to be hearing is about drug addicts killing animals and people. Besides the fact they destroy the people around them. Yes defiently check that she is away. hugs to you.

What a horrible thing to have to witness. I'm very worried for you. I suggest you,hubby, and the furkids stay inside when she is outside. This could have gotten even worse. That poor poor animal.
