Aha! So that explains it. I am SO behind the times! I actually use turnsignals, seat belts and stop at red lights. I'm amazed I haven't gotten a ticket!

My current personal pet peeve are those Californian's who don't know the new law - when it's raining and your windshield wipers are on, your headlights MUST be on too. Of course it does make it easier for other drivers to see you when your headlights are on, which may be why they don't do it.
