I'm cool with whatever, though...whether it be some folks from Texas and from Louisiana or just Louisiana or just Texas. I hope we can get some people interested, though, as it would be really cool to have four or five pet talkers! Anyone interested?

I am in Texas right now, and will be here until a little bit after June 10th (which is when my sisters wedding is). I live right over the Louisiana border in Texas, and Shreveport is definitely not that far.

Just depends on when it would take place before I know if I could come or not.

So, what's the consensus then? If we can do it before molucass leaves texas, we could at least have four or five us. would we want to meet in the dallas/fort worth area, closer to shreveport, or try to come up with somewhere right in the middle? dallas folks could carpool if it were to take place in shreveport, maybe. any other thoughts? any time frames that DON'T work for people? any drive that people are NOT willing to take? I'd like to make this happen, but, we definitely need some more specific ideas. I'm excited, though, just at the possibility!

What's your maximum drive time? I'd be up for four or five hours.

I would love to come to a meeting dallas is also too far for me but I think my mom would be up to taking me to shreiveport!!....I will talk to her ....but it would probuly have to be on a fri-sunday cause I get out of school on the 24 of this month...yay!! only 8 more days lol but just let me know please so that I can let me job know and talk to my mom

are you saying only friday through sunday while you're still in school or once you're out? it's looking like we're getting more responses about shreveport...that's a start, anyway! i'd be more than willing to meet there. we'll have to see if there are any campsites or parks or dog parks to meet at.
