i've not heard from them yet, but i don't expect to right now. there was just a tornado(5mins ago) right about where the shelter is! i don't think the place got hit, but it probably stressed them.

i got a call from the shelter today. they said i was perfect for the job. i am exactly what they are looking for, but they can't hire me. i have to live in Gibson county. i live one county over in Pike county.

...so i'm on the look out for another job.

thanks. i really hope so. i called around at other shelters, but no one is hiring. i really want a job with animals, prefrably shelter animals.

i'm not sure. i think the employees are paid by the county. they don't want to pay someone from a differet county. who knows.

btw, the puppy in my first post was adopted!
