The Trouble is that he has Owners, not Guardians.
And they are foul mouth Idiots who used profanity not only on thier Dog but thier Children.
If I relocate him , I will have to be careful as I dont want them hurting Me, or My Cats.
Imagine cursing a Nice Little Dog.

You don't have to relocate the dog yourself, just put a call into the
local animal control office every time you see him running loose.The calls
are kept confidential. This little dog sure needs someone to speak up for
him.
