I find it funny that people are saying impeach Bush. On ILLEGAL immigration you could actually make a pretty strong case for impeaching congress. There's only one problem. How woudl you go about impeaching the 536 members of the body that hold the hearings?

They have completely and totally abandoned their Constitutional duties to enforce and uphold the laws of the United States of America. Democrats, Republicans, and yes, even you, Bernie Sanders (Socialist, VT). They have violated their oaths, and thus should be impeached and removed from office. Can we get a USSC ruling on that one?

You don't want a fence? Fine. The Border are with Mexico has many varied types of terrain, ideal for training the US Army. We can't use the army to patrol the border, because of Posse Comitatus, but we CAN move every military post (Screw the pork, bases USED to be placed by where they were needed, not congressional districts) to 5 miles north of the border. MP's normally do external perimeter patrol. Don't know the exact measurements, but I'm pretty sure you could close the border with military forces without ever TOUCHING Posse Comitatus.
