Hmm.. does your screen door have a latch? I don't think I would like the idea of my dog knowing how to open a front door! Regardless if he would run off or not.

But that's great that he came back to you!

Yes, but, its only on the inside of the door, so when we go outside, we cant lock it. I don't like how he knows how to open it either.

A minute ago he ran off again. I called him and called him but he would not come. Maybe he just felt like coming yesterday... huhhhh.... I had to run outside in the pouring rain, barefooted and get him

Glad Buddy's making some progress. You will have to keep working on it with him so he listens to you all the time. I know how hard it is, Molli has a horrible recall and when running free it's like I don't even exist. Sam is a little better, he normally listens to me.
