Yay!!! I'm so glad it finally arrived! You and the Found Cats are more than welcome. I'm glad it's being used and appreciated. I was worried that the package was lost. I tried tracking it Saturday and only got information on when it left America.

We received the mice yesterday and the boys loved them. Thanks, Gary! Sammy was even playing with them. I'm trying to get video, so if/when I do, I'll be sure to post it.

I know your cats are gonna LOVE it! It's the same one that I have. Just remember, you've gotta clean the whole filter unit at least once a month with a toothbrush. I'll send you directions (if you didn't get them with the fountain) on how to do it. It's very easy.

I have always been afraid of buying such things like this and "automated" litter boxes with the fear that might cats would be too afraid to use them.

Has anyone had this problem before or do most cats adapt?

Nice, Gary! I bet the Found Cats are really loving that fountain! My kitties love, and miss, theirs. I packed theirs, so they get bowls and I know they just aren't as fun.

My guys were mesmerized by the fountain the first time I set it up! They LOVE it and it seems to encourage them to drink more, and I like that feature.

Cleaning it thoroughly and properly is important. The first few months I had it, it seemed to lose "steam". I took it apart, scrubbed the filter with a brush, and then it started flowing smoothly. A lot of cat hair can get caught up in it, so I take the whole thing apart once a week and scrub it.

Works like a champ!

Cats drink much more when the water is moving.And it's good to now your clan will have fun while drinking.My cats LOVE the fountains.I have a flow one like yours that they LOVE.And I also got one like 'catnappers' too that they LOVE.
