Thread: Can anyone talk with their dog through their eyes?

Hybrid View

  1. I kinda can... he'll speak and sometimes do other tricks by just me looking at him.

Yes, I can tell her to play or to git away, and I can tell her when I'm serious and she understands. Wolves usually signal with their eyes and ears as well as other animals.

I can often convey what I want by looking at my two, Tasha is especially perceptive in this way. She meets my eyes and she will know if I want her to come to me, lay down, get out of the kitchen, etc. .

I believe most dogs will react to someone looking at them. They can
read us so well. I don't really think it's a human ability, but a built in
    ability all dogs have.
