I thought the 8th wonder of the world was eggs being boiled in Sara's kitchen and NOT ending at the ceiling![]()
Well it's Monday, so I guess the eggs must be ready by now. Are they hard enough yet?
This is Slick posting under Gini's name as I'm still at her house. Yes, the eggs turned out just purrrfect...as I like to say they were "Canadian boiled."
Not to drum up the thread again but here's what I did:
To a big pot, add 18 eggs. Cover with cold water, put on a lid, and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and gently boil for about 7-10 min. Removed pot off the heat and let sit for 10 min.
Then, run under cold water to cool down.
Oh yes, and the fresher the eggs, the harder to peel. In that case, all you need to do is peel them under slow running water and voila!![]()
How ever they did it, it worked!! Thsoe were some great deviled eggs!!!
