Speckles is happy, at peace, and filled with lights showing the way. Oh my, there is BINX, ANGUS, MS SOPHIE, MURPHY, TUBBY and my MOONIE GIRL! And many of our katkins, and hoomans. Grandmas and Grandpaws. What a reception you are getting! oh my.. many candles lighting the way. The WAY is filled with last thoughts of her Meowmies, Aunties, Cousins (Dog, Cat, Bunnies et at) I love you my dear friend.

She's gone....and I'm no longer in control. I had no idea that it would hurt this much. I will post a Memorial in a few days when I settle down.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

My sweet friend, my whole body hurts for you - and I know its not the crohn's talking. I'm so very sorry for you. If I could, I'd have been up there holding you...I think we all would.

You have always been amazingly wonderful and fair and kind and perfect regarding your babies. Know that your - our - darling Speckles knows and loves you for that. Thank you so much for being so kind to her...for loving her that much.

If I can do anything, let me know. I'm going to call you in a few minutes. God knows I've cried numerous times to you on the phone, I'm here for you if you need to do the same.

    Love you, sweet friend.

    Hugs,
    Kelly and the mourning furkitties

RIP Gorgeous, Sweet Angel Speckles...you'll be missed greatly...

I am so sorry, Slick. I am crying as I post, as I'm sure many of you are. When I first read about Speckles not being well due to kidney failure, I could relate all too well because of my RB Rascal with the same situation. It was too hard for me to read the subsequent posts so I purposely unsubscribed from this thread. But I had been thinking of Speckles and you a lot, knowing just how you must be feeling. And it's now 9:15 p.m. and I had this feeling that I needed to check this thread. And I'm finding out she just began her journey to the Rainbow Bridge. I am so sorry for your loss and know the days ahead will be sad and painful. RIP Speckles, may you know eternal peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. May it be a comfort that Speckles is pain free and playing at the bridge.

I know so well the horrible pain you are feeling, that goes to the very core of your being. Words cannot begin to help, but please know that I am thinking of you, and praying that soon the pain will ease. ((((HUGS)))
