Ok...I get backgrounds from a background tile thing or just search for whatever wallpaper you want, and resize it. To get text on Pics, you open up the pic, thenyou click the big T which is text, type what ya want, and pick colors, and then click ok and position it on the pic Then Click Save As, and you'll have to rename it, and then there you go...Hope That Helps!
