Your kitty is a domestic shorthair tabby. Trust me there is any 'Just a tabby' or 'Just a kitty'. I have 2 tabbies, 1 Burmese, 1 Himi and a tabby/Mainecoone. Each has it's own little quirks and personality. My one tabby, Georgine is never far from me. She is a busy 5 Lb. bag of sugar. Her prefered place to sleep is on me with her paw wrapped around my neck. Georgine is also the alpha of the bunch. She keeps the fuzzy family in line, even the boys.
