He sounds like my RB Chynna was with company. Chynna refused to allow company to ignore him. He would fall at their feet and present his tummy for rubbing, if they didn't, he would then do all the cutsie poses for them, if that failed, them he would grab their leg with his paws and wait for them to pay him his ATTENTION!! Everyone love him because he had so much personailty and wanted to be petted all the time, even if it was the first time he saw you. LOADS and LOADS of charm! I see that in your beautiful baby!
