Yes I used to smoke three packs a day & then went down to two packs & then one pack a day.. Then I got into running & the smoking was killing me (couldnt catch my breaths) then one day going back to work threw cigs. & lighter out the window & stoped right then & there.. It was very hard habit to break, but can be done if your mind is in to it..
