I agree. Why can't we "fix" people like this. They are worthless and a danger to society. Nothing good can come of their existance! This sicko better get maximum punishment for his disgusting deeds.

This story is very sad, sick and twisted like everyone else here has said. What the heck is going on in someone's head to do something like this to A DOG and 2 little girls???!!! Poor dog and poor little girls. I would be so traumatized if I witnessed someone doing that to my dog!
