I don't know much about your situation, but I do know about depression from my own experience with it. People say that proper diet, exercise, and vitamins can help, but it is not nearly enough. Having no insurance makes it that much worse. Talk to your doctor and see if there are any free/low cost clinics near you. Also, if you are in college or went to college, and you live close to the campus, there should be a counselor on staff that can help you for free, even if you don't go there anymore.
