Gary, I know I want to keep her, but last night I ran into one of the track coaches at school. I know he has two daughters and that Flutter would be well loved and taken care of there. I even asked him if he'd be interested in adopting her. He said he'll think about it, which means "no"; but I did realize that I'd be able to let her go if I knew the right family was taking her.

I will know it when the time comes. She won't be available for adoption for weeks anyway. Hubby sees me falling more for her everyday, and he had a look of surprise on his face when I mentioned her to the track coach. I think he's beginning to see she's a keeper.
