Do you have a pic of Slim? If I see him I would be more than willing to help out. Has your friend tried all the shelters? She needs to go visit each one along with posting signs EVERYWHERE. Just calling the shelters does no good since they can't seem to tell the difference between a dog and cat. I've even seen them label things like "ferret mix", "hampster mix", "possum mix". Mixed with what?!? Where does your friend live?
