Thank you everyone for the advice and good wishes!! First of all, no unless it is an emergency I won't go back to the "Emergency" Vet. I just spoke with our regular vet and he gave her an exam which everything looked good, her bladder was empty and everything else seemed good, so apparently she did go (I thought she had, but where she kept going back I wasn't sure-with 4 cats you can't always keep track of who has done what, where and when), just due to the infection feels that she still needed to go. I gave her the first Clavamox this morning when I noticed her acting a bit off and he suggested I should continue with the medication and keep an eye on her. I picked it up the other day, but figured what the vet had said about it clearing on its own was true and hesitated to give it to her, sure wish I had. Anyway, he said they could do x-rays at this point, but didn't feel it was necessary, because he doesn't think she has an obstruction. He thinks what happened is, she was on Clindamycin for gingivitis and probably during the end of those meds she got the UTI, so it appeared to have cleared up due to that medication, but when she finished it the UTI reoccured because she hadn't been treated long enough with an antibiotic to clear that up. So I will pick her up this afternoon, give her the second dose and lots of love and hope she gets better. He said she was resting and that her temp was just a little low probably do to her inactivity in the cage. My poor baby!! I can't wait to get her. I hated leaving her, but better to be safe than sorry.
