Inside only here - except outside on a leash or in their little 4 x 6 cage thingy. I live at the intersection of two Interstate highways so there is no way one of my kitties is going outside without being restrained!

My mom has a big woods behind their house so she has an "outside" kitty that has stayed safe for about (?) years now but in my mind, there have been too many kitties hit on the highway by her house and when I moved back in for a bit I still only let Tubby out on a leash and supervised. I'm just too paranoid - and overprotective meowmy I guess you could say.
