If it was garunteed to go to someone who actually deserves a dog, who will actually be able to pay for any emergencies, ect.. it'd be completely fine.


But, a contest like this on the internet could go to any Joe Blow who could lie out of their @$$ to get a dog, for who knows what. Text can sometimes seem sincere but you can't always be too sure what's behind it.
