My Perspicacity "Cassy" has had white discharge from HIS nipples, too. The first time I noticed it, I rushed him into the vet. Nothing abnormal, apparently, although we are watching it.

Vet's current theory: Apparently his nipples are 'innies' and he's not the most thorough of tummy washers ... but why he'd express milk occasionally just seems weird to me.
