Escalivada:
Grilled eggs plants,little onions,green and red pepper.
Then peel off, cut in stripes, add olive oil and salt at taste.

It was good to see Anna in Copenhagen! The weather could have been better and the energy level too, we both have a flu coming, but we did get to see a few places.
