I am not sure what you mean ... but if he poos in a specific place when he canNOT get outside, perhaps putting a litterbox there is the answer. But if he's going this a lot, maybe a vet trip is in order, just to rule out any medical explanation for him not waiting ... 7 years old is pretty young for a cat so it's not age-related!
