And "behind" each and every honoree stands a family totally devoted, unconditinally, to the health, happiness and well being of their amazing companions! Bravo to you, families!

Oh Scruffy, how very, very precious you are, little one! I was so saddened when I read of your rough start in life And my heart breaks when I ponder the fate of your fur mom and siblings But blessedly you found your earthly angels in your Mom and Mary, two wonderful women who went the extra mile to do all they could to save a life so precious! Us animal lovers so often get discouraged and disheartened at the realization that we can't save each and every deserving creature. But even by saving just one, we have begun our quest to making this a world free of homelessness and want for all. Yours is truly a rescue tale that warms the heart and gives us all great inspiration to perservere! Dearest Scruffy, thank you for putting a big smile on all of our faces today, and hope into all of our hearts!
