wow, Happy is only 25 lbs?! she's pretty little... when Gonzo was younger, before he was neutered, he weighed 35 lbs and was just a beanpole. now he's 40 lbs, he's chubby compared to your girls, lol. oh, and Gonzo is also 21"..
