Couldn't you keep baby and box / food in a small bathroom or your bedroom just until she could be introduced to the others?Originally posted by shais_mom
Oiiiiiiii
I have been racking my brain. I even mapquested Upper Sandusky to Fairborn..(approximately 2 1/2 hours) I would Love LOVE love Girl #2. I do want to get another kitty very badly. ( I think it would be GREAT for Kylie ~ exercise!) But I have a very tiny house and no room for an extra litter box or a place to separate the kitten food from the other food. I think it might be better to introduce a kitten when the girls are younger (Kylie is 4 and Keegan will be 3) but I with the size of my house, I just don't see how I would be a good home without being able to offer it another litter box, place to eat. Also I don't have an extra room to separate them at first.![]()

You really don't have to get another litterbox .... they can and will share if you start them off that way. You could also, just take baby into a separate room just during her feeding (or even put her in a crate)... to be sure she gets enough calories. It won't hurt her to eat big kitty food too, as long as she does get the extra calories along with it!![]()
