Last year I promised myself to exercise more, and to lose weight. I didn't even start working on my resolution until after summer , but these past few months I did, and lost 15 pounds! Yippee! So this year's resolution will be to lose some more weight, and keep the exercising up!

Hmmm.......what else? Maybe spend less time on PT and more time doing other more important things? NOT!!! LOL!

I can't believe its already almost 2004! Boy does time go by fast! It seems we were making our 2003 resolutions just yesterday!
